‘The Auld Keep’ was built nearly 600 years ago in 1416 by James Dundas with the permission of the Duke of Albany, who was then the effective ruler of Scotland. Dundas Castle is now owned by Sir Jack Stewart-Clark and his wife Lady Lydia who have sensitively restored it to its former glory.
